A local fav tonight. Petrillo's Pizza
This pizza is big but my image hosting would not let me host it so I had to cut it down. There is another inch of pic towards the bottom.
The wife is not an anchovy fan so I got some on the side :)

You did get the relation of Chinese spareribs and a Chinese knife to cut them? I like both. :p What is the knife handle?

Yes it's a Spyderco Muleteam with 9CR steel, it pretty much behaves just like 440C which is what I like about that steel. 9CR, 440C, VG10, S35V, and 14C28 are pretty much my favorite steels.

Surprisingly this one has been my favorite fixed blade even over some of the custom knife makers that I've had and other production fixed blades. I basically don't need a bushcraft/chopper fixed blade for my uses and this one is great around the house, it stays sharp forever if I'm just putting it through normal paces. I think I've sharpened it exactly once in the year and and a half that I've had it. And @woodysone crafted the handle!
