It is Spydiechef with a LC200N blade and titanium scales by Spyderco. I think I took the pic after heat-coloring the scales.
My sister made this for my wife and I. Ground sausage, green Anaheim chili, and something else..I think cream of mushroom soup? I wish you guys and gals can smell it, so good!
I am a pepper nut if you have seen my other posts. I love growing Fatalii, an African pepper with slightly higher scoville intensity as the common habanero. The last plant I grew gave me near 400 pods. The next one, this spring, will be in a bigger pot with better soil conditions..I'm hoping over 1000. Will share pics of course. Anyway, my hats off to this company. Never tried their sauce, but was very satisfied with the perfect amount of heat and mango flavor ;-)
Mozzarella chicken ravioli with tomato basil sauce, extra parmesan of course. Wife liked it so that was good haha!
Some of my favorite knives, and most prized possessions, are switchblades. I can't legally carry them in public (and I wouldn't have much use for them if I could), so I'm trying to expand my enjoyment of them by finding uses for them at home. I figured this knife would be good for slicing a tomato, it has a hollow grind and a shaving-sharp edge. It worked even better than I thought. Sliced that tomato thin enough to see through.
