For Anyone Who Is Negative About Benchmade

Thank you for sharing the article, it certainly helps to hear the story from Benchmade's perspective. After reading the article, I don't think one could ask much more from Benchmade. They owned it, offered a no-bs account of what happened, and more importantly won't be engaging in similar activities moving forward.

That honestly changed my opinion about Benchmade and the entire incident. Thanks TS!

Since they're all weapons and all competing for self defense dollars hating on a knife company who's done something slightly anti gun strikes me a bit like hating on a Chevy dealer who disses Fords, but still it's normally good business to stay out of the political arena all together. If I were a baker and somebody "flamboyantly pranced" in wanting a wedding cake my only question would be "cash, check, or charge"? My bank account doesnt discriminate on where the money comes from. For that reason alone BM should have just stayed out of it completely no matter what political views they have, and plainly all they've done is made problems for themselves by not doing so. At any rate I highly doubt the actions of a private knife company will have any bearing whatsoever on somebodys gun rights. Besides, they were old junk guns taken from crooks off the street anyway, you want some POS that wasn't maintained properly? I wouldn't, but I'm pretty picky. Go to Gov Deals and check out what LEO agencies sell. I'll pass on the .25 Lorcins and the High Point 9mms, the single shot rusty 12 gauges and the put through the ringer and never oiled other junk, thanks.
