Man, I don't know about the rest of you all but I haven't been this stoked up about purchasing a single knife in one hellova long time!!..:D :D

Yeah,
1.) What address?
2.) Who do we make the check out to?
3.) Did we only get 38 orders, 37 from the members and one for Sparks? I was hoping we got 43 or 44.....


I am stoked too.....but man 8 weeks after all the money comes in, it reminds me of buying a toy from the ceral box for 50 cents when I was a kid and I had to wait 8 to 10 weeks for that secret decoder ring....:)

The reason there are 43 knives and less people is that some folks ordered 2 knives. :) There is a list of those participating and the number of knives that each ordered toward the top of this thread.

The total number of knives ordered is 43, the number of people participating is 37.

8 weeks. uh we have to give them time to make the knives. This is not a retail thing. We are ordering a contract knife that will be made rather than a knife in stock.
 
Can we choose serial numbers? I'd really like 16 and 22 (our birth dates) if possible. $80 each? Does that cover Sparks?
I think we should send the whole amount. It makes it harder for Bastid if we go through the payment thing twice!!!!
 
Gus I forget do you take Pay Pal?

If not, is there someone here who is in on this deal that I could Pay Pal the money to + whatever they(Pay Pal) charge 2-3% and have them send the money to ya, I've saved the money on a Pay Pal account and seein' as it's my only liquid monies it would make it easier on me, if not I'll figure a way out to get it turned into an MO some how.

Serial numbers (including mine) will be assigned at random.
That is the only fair way to do it.
Payments - personal checks or money orders US funds.
If you ever have the slightest problem with pay-pal (and I hope you do not) you will never use them again. ;).
 
I kinda figured the post office would deliver my BFC knife today. The mail lady has come and gone and alas, no knife today. What's the damn deal?

Thomason. . . .your knife was delivered to my house. Have been using it to test edge retention. . . .by chopping 12" concrete blocks in half. 20 down and only 40 more blocks to go. Bastid said that you wouldn't mind and even provided me with your snail mail addy. . . .so that I can return it once testing is complete. :D

So far, after the initial 20 tests, the edge on Thomason's knife is outta-the-box scary sharp ! So, here's my equation:

Gigster's Legend: Your neck = strop

The Equation: Strop + Thomason's knife

Need I say more ? :D

Unless it is Shaldag's, Gig's, Holger"s, T. Erdelyi's, or Thomason's:yawn: They're screwed - no matter how you look at it .:D Better yet we can use the cash from them to go to Nicholai's Roof and try one of those $200.00 dinners. I'll pay. :p


I actually thought about sending it blind, but considering the quality of the group and the risk those of you who do not know me are taking, I decided to let everyone see them.
