For those with Bryan Breedon Knives

I'm being patient. Thankfully, in winter time, my axes get to see the time of day. I've been keeping busy with a fine piece of hammer forged Swedish steel that has been mushed onto a hickory stick. It keeps me sated :)

I am glad both you guys are able to keep busy. Waiting still sucks and I wish I was not behind on any orders. I do have some help in the shop now. My nephew is helping drill pin holes and then cut out the handles for me, so that does help in the time department.

Toban, Camoninja, nailed it you can e-mail or call me on the phone either way is good.
at the bottom of my post above the little pic with the 3 knives is my e-mail address and phone number.

Take care all,

Bryan

Yes but it did not turn out very orange colored like I wanted it. Here is the pic it.

As you can see it is not very orange colored at all compared to seeing the orange 550 cord in the sheath next to the

knife.

I do really like the burlap feel in the handle though. It is not has hard as micarta and so just a little more grippy I think.
I might order some in tan. When??, not sure, that stuff is $180 for a sheet that is 12" by 18" wide plus the shipping.

That's another fantastic knife Bryan!!! Is that blade out of 1/4" stock?

Is that some of the canvas micarta you mentioned when we spoke?

I hope you aren't feeling pressure when we're all crying for knives - don't want you getting stressed... That would suck all the joy outta of doing what you do i'd think...

Hi all,

Thanks for the kind words on that Potbelly somewhat of a look a like I made. I said I was going to make myown version after seeing Fony post that video he did a couple of months back. Line up? lol I do not have a line up guys I just make knives that come to mind or what others send to me to ask if I would try and make there design for there knife.

LOL you guys are funny, no i am not stressed out or anything. I am just doing the knife making part time.
I just keep on working on the knife orders that I have. I even have some help in the shop now. My nephew is helping me out for a few hours every week.

That potbelly beast turned out really well Bryan! How do you like it? Does it chop as well as you thought? My custom version is a chopping beast! Thanks for the help....I will handle it this weekend and post a pic here for everyone to see.
Thanks again Bryan.

That potbelly looks nice, Bryan. I've always liked the Kabar Potbelly, but I like your version better.

Pitdog, nice design. Bryan will turn my own design into reality quite soon.

Thanks again gys for the kind words one the Potbelly version that I made.

Pitdog, that is doable knife design:thumbup:

Gunknifenut, Yes it really does cut / chop better than I thought it would. When I seen Fonly's video where he was chopping that tree I was like WOW I am wanting to look into that. Then you and I started chatting and the rest is history as they say. Thanks again for sending your Kabar Potbelly to me to see.

I look forward to seeing your pics of you knife in action and what the handle looks like that you put on it.

Yea Preacher Man, On monday I will have a pic for you of your companion knife that I have started on.

Chat with you later,

Bryan
