One thing to think about is that if the letters are too small, thin or too close together, the stamping may not work well. Perhaps Queen would have some guidance on what would work.

Usually the folks making/ using know the correct proportions to use on the tooling.!?
 
Alright, as long as we have the basic idea down, the input of the Forumites is no longer required.

I'll get with the non-CONUS folks once the CONUS stuff winds down. Right now I have my hands full 2 to 3 hours a day on this. ;).

I based the shipping cost on first class insured.

Please do not send Priority Mail Boxes.

If you want your knife sent Priority Mail, calculate the difference and include that difference with your payment.
