In defense of Lone_Wolfe in general--she is a true player when it comes to knives. I don't know her personally, but have had one transaction with her and she is solid as a rock. I don't know what her knife buying budget is, but judging by her collections of Hinderers and CRK's it is much, much larger than mine. She is a customer any knife shop would want to have!

Ps: it is cool to have a GAL into knives too!

What are you trying to accomplish here.

It would be easier to get off Knife Emporium's mailing list than replying to this thread every few minutes. Seems you are the only one with a problem on how they market their store.

Could you take a picture of the knife, print said picture, rub the picture with the knife, make a small cut in the picture to demonstrate it's sharpness, and then send it to me so I can feel like I won something? :D :D :D

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe I'm just the only one who said it. And I'm as entitled to share my opinion as you are. Especially since the OP said he wanted feedback.

I was just thinking it could be someone else sending mails that 99.99% resemble the real email with a change we wouldn't notice without us looking for one. I used to get 5-6 emails from who I thought was my buddy spamming me. Turns out, he didn't send one of them, but they were sent from his email and everything.

I'm curious now, myself, so I'm going to forward the next one I get so he can tell me if he sent it. Strange to think someone is 'borrowing' his business name, but not unheard of.
