After a difficult investigation a friend of mine from Thiers' area answered me that .. it's an hybrid between a Langres and a Donjon. It's almost a Donjon but on the regular pattern the end of the handle is different.



But there is a similar knife on the Langres catalog :

Congrats to The Zieg!

Refering to Le Couteau, some makers have abandoned the rounded bottom (head in the US ) of the Donjon. There's a picture of a very similar knife by Parapluie. (the GAW looks much better!)
