PS : just one thing : to protect the blade close it softly. This is not a modern knife, there is nothing between the blade and the spring.
. Because the blade is straight it seems to rest only at the tip, so I have put a small piece of plastic there as a cushion. I did this with my Sabot Laguiole, as well, and it protects the edge quite well.
Superb. If a picture is worth a thousand words. A knife video is infinitely educational.
