Picked up a Skyline at wallyworld for $25 red-tagged. They also sell a bunch of different Beckers on-line, "site to store" meaning from their warehouse (and not some "partner") for very reasonable prices: 70 for a BK-7, 73 for the BK-2 shipped free to your local store. Just seems wrong somehow. I know they try to carry stuff geared towards their local customers, some the stores in more rural parts of NH have pretty good archery sections. Not pro quality, and you have to be your own salesperson, but still...they have Easton carbon arrows! I shoot Easton aluminum, fer pete's sake! WW: get what you think you need and just practice. Equipment's not a big part of the equation unless you're competing, and even then it won't make you a better shooter. Plus, it's better to wait until you've developed your skills before you start buying stuff you might not need and will prolly upgrade anyway.
Shoot me an email with what you think you need. We can probably work out some sort of trade. I prolly got enough stuff to get you started, at least.
