I did a bit of sanding on the BK24 came out nice I think but D2 at 60 or whatever it is sucks to sand

Be thankful hogs can't get into your house; you should see the thousands of dollars of damage one of those little bastards can do if it falls through your chimney and tries to chew it's way out. Not to mention the house fires from them chewing on wires...

You ain't kiddin'. :grumpy:

Yeah. There's a reason why almost nobody does that... at least not more than once. That sound you heard in the background was carbides mocking you.

In NH we have only the motorized hogs, and there are probably enough squirrels to feed everybody, all the time without ever running out. who would have thought that a cute little squirrel could be so harmful :D I shoot them as much as I can, not very good eating but they will fill you up.

Squirrel is yummy.

I still have the single shot 22 that my grandfather had back in the day that he used for squirrel hunting. His story was that he would be sent out with 5 bullets and expected to come back with 5 squirrels. He liked to tell the one where he came back with 6 one day. When he hit a squirrel, as it fell, it hit another squirrel on a lower limb and knocked it off. The 2nd squirrel was stunned when it hit the ground and my grandfather said he smacked it with a rock before it could get away.

back from camping - the weather was....... interesting, and as such the phone was in and out of signal right up until the battery died -- so I got no pictures.

she was astounded by the force feedback arm. Looked at through their eyes, it is really like sci-fi.

That arm is awesome! I drove it once... in air... in a lab. Tell your kids we like sci-fi too. Just watched the first of the new Star Trek movies up in the lounge. :D We've had a number of high school kids on this season, and they've all been great. I'm not sure how many we take each year, but there's an application process to be found somewhere on the websites.

Hey, Sailor...

As for favorite rocks, we have a rock saw. makes nice clean cuts.
Yep, sharpened my Phat Bob on a rock from an underwater volcano. :D
Turns out the Arkansas stuff is better for that, though.
