I like the idea of a scaled down version of the 0560's. We'll see.
The 0561 was a bit large for me for a folder. Cool knife though.

Cut a bunch of wire and metal today. The nine is in need of some grinder time but it held up pretty damn well. I had it in a Camelbak to keep both hands free for sawing and didn't think I'd use it as much as I did. It's hatchet time tomorrow.
I knew all three people that were killed. Weird feeling.
No offense to anyone here or the Order of KAI, but I just don't see what all the hubub is about with the ZTs. I suppose its hard for me to appreciate any high end folder, maybe its because they are out of reach for me. I could never convince my wife that ANY folder purchase for more than a 100 bucks was a reasonable buy. That being said, unless gifted I'll have to live vicariously through others.
I actually just need someone to read over the language to say what it means. This is the thing though, it's actually for both states.trick question. the contract should comply with laws of the state where the contract is applicable, I would think. I am not a lawyer. I would start with a lawyer in your home state since he can tell you if your contract is applicable and/or enforceable to you.
Doc

OH SNAP! A virgin snark! Strops are fun aren't they? I've been going less for polish more for "oh scrum! I just looked at that edge and my cataracts are gone!"I don't snark much....it's just that I don't have anyone else to tell. I made a strop and have finally achieved scary sharp! Holy crap I'm happier than a clam in sand! 12000 grit mirrored polish goodness. Ahhhhh. Anyways night y'all.
Does anyone know of anyone that works on SAK's? I'm gonna go search but I figured I might as well ask too. Got this SAK, I think it's an officer model, and I'm looking for someone that can completely disassemble it and clean and maybe replace a blade and maybe a little customization.

Actually I don't. I just need to have them read over a contract for me to see if it is saying what it seems to be saying... Cause it seems mostly boilerplate however there are a couple of points of contention.
I'm sure somebody probably does, but most don't bother. They're like Mora's... so cheap it's easier to just throw them away and get a new one when they get dull and gunked-up. Then again I've seen people put $40 worth of stabilized wood on, and $30 worth of leather around $15 Mora's... so what the heck do I know![]()
Nope! Neither could I...lol
On the other hand...purses and shoes can get spendy as well.
I have a couple but I didn't pay full price for them. Not sure I would either. I got a ZT0350 blem for $85 from kershawguy.com and I believe it's worth every bit of that $85, maybe $100. But I don't know if I would want to pay $140 for a new one with a warranty. And I sure can't bring myself to spend what most of them go for.
ZT0700 is like $80 new. I like the styling but most don't and that's why they're going so cheap. Solidly built with an S30V blade, it's a good choice to dip your toe in the water.
Then again for $60 you can get a kershaw piston or knockout. Opening on my knockout is every bit as smooth and positive as my ZT0350 and it's thinner and carries deeper.
