Gayle Bradley Hard Use

They may as well call this the Addiction because that's what it feels like to me. If this thing impresses me this much, I hate to see what the Gayle Bradley 2 will do. Some awesome and amazing pictures and stories here; thanks for sharing!

Here it is with a few other M4 friends...

This GB is now 3.5 years old, and it hasn't missed a beat. Still as solid as the day I bought it. Will have to get the GB2 eventually...

Finally picked up another one of these off the exchange. I seriously cannot wait to put it to use. Hopefully it will be here in a few days.

FriarPhenn: I love that cerakoting! How's it holding up? If it's anything like the one on my SNG, I just might have to send it to josh!!

Congrats! You'll love the knife. It's one that begs to be used like it was designed to.

The cerakoting Josh does is excellent. I used that particular GB for quite a bit, and it never once showed signs of use. Josh thinned the edge, though, so it didn't get the HARDEST of uses...

I have got two pimped GB's on the way. Cant wait to get them as I have always wanted this model and just never pulled the trigger before.

Glad to hear! I really miss my old GB. I had a hard time with the Taiwan origin before. I'm not sure why or what the deal was. I guess I just became overcome with it and decided to part with the knife.

Shortly after I sold it, I realized howuch I liked and missed it.

I am really looking forward to getting this in my hands for some hard daily use.

Hey FriarPhenn, I know you are a big fan of the GB...ahem, I thought maybe you should see this. Of course I am also just shamelessly looking for a reason to post a picture of my new "Grail" Bradley. Hah. :D

Holy...

That's gorgeous! Made custom to your specs? Either way, you have fine taste, sir. I would love to nab a custom from the man himself some day.

ETA: Just saw your thread in General. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts as you get more use on her!

Not hard use to me, but I had to process a bunch of boxes I had. Filled the garbage can half full and still shaved hair when I was done! I forgot that this M4 steel is like the energizer bunny it just keeps cutting and cutting and cutting!!!

This arrived today....after looking all your photos I felt into temptation...
I have to say I'm very impressed with this knife, it's a tank!

I have to stay out of threads like this, makes me want another GB...

Definitely a dangerous place to be that's for sure!! It's how I ended up with another one of these.

I've been trying to naturally force a patina on it all day. Cut up apples, onions, broccoli, and tomatoes. This thing is hard to stain.

My GB that I just touched on a 800 grit belt to remove some of the Patina it has gained over the years. Think I will do a regrind later on to thin it out a bit.
