My guess is they used different dye on each knife. Every other time they use camel, they’re all similar in color except for the examples where the bone didn’t soak up the dye very well.

The red jigged bone does come off looking a bit boring compared to the other handle materials. The use of the heraldic shield again on this run doesn’t really add much in style or making it unique.
