It’s blueVery nice! Camel is tempting... What was the color of the lettering on tube's cap?
I bet the size is one if the main price factors. Big knives are usually pricier themselves, and here we have a big knife with a big slices of unusual bone. But ~$270 from a dealer is still abnormally high, in my opinion.I feel like this one is higher priced due to the individuality and multiple colors used.
Wow, thanks! They might have actually colored them individually, great! It’s blue
Funny though, that a modern-day oil baron could get an oil baron-themed blade for less than one produced from the bone of the common camel. Not sure what everyone was expecting, however this is a fairly basic supply and demand model. In addition when prices were kept artificially low the secondary market corrected for that. The primary market is now correcting for itself. Small runs with special materials are also what the customers desire, it will just amplify the situation. Some will be priced out of the market, demand will go down, and then so will prices. It is a luxury item after all, the current economy will certainly have an affect on folks as well.
You have it correct just in the incorrect order. Demand continues to rise and the prices follow. The way things have been going for years is price goes up and stays up and demand is higher. Where's the supply and demand in that lol.
Let's not talk about GEC publicly then. Make it an underground club, so no new fans, no demand increase, hooray to price drop. You have it correct just in the incorrect order. Demand continues to rise and the prices follow.
Good luck with that!!!Let's not talk about GEC publicly then. Make it an underground club, so no new fans, no demand increase, hooray to price drop.![]()

I'll post mine when it arrives. I think the mystery is what helped me pull the trigger on one. It's kind of exciting!Quite a variance in color, and quite a chance you take!! I've seen three and it is hard to call them the same material!! But I like all three - wish I had pics!! Please post them everyone, as you get them!! (If you get them!!!)
I doubt very much that anyone who pulls the trigger on one of these is going to regret it. I bet you get a good one!I'll post mine when it arrives. I think the mystery is what helped me pull the trigger on one. It's kind of exciting!
I'm pretty convinced these knives and the whole company don't actually exist and this is all some crazy internet conspiracy.Let's not talk about GEC publicly then. Make it an underground club, so no new fans, no demand increase, hooray to price drop.![]()
