Thanks for the info. I figured as much. Now I’ve just have to decide if I want to blow some money on a “rarity” knife or not. We’ll see.Its just the rarity/thirst trap of getting a possibly really unique one they seem to be preying on.
I'm sure there was a fair amount of labor in the jigged cherry, too, but I paid literally half the cost for a Beaver vs what they are asking for a camel, and thats a crazy upcharge, all things considered. I can't recall another time one knife in the same run cost double what another went for from a dealer.
There must be something special about them that they haven’t told us. They’re $100 more than the other covers.
Then it is appropriate that it is the cloud shield.maybe the Liners, Bolsters, Pins and last but not least... the Shield made of Gold![]()
Thank you I couldn’t resist.Camels available for Collectors![]()
Love the color on both of those! The color pattern on the church glass did come out quite nicely too.My Northfield acrylics just arrived. I'm normally not a big fan, but I appreciate these. My first time seeing the church glass and I like the depth of it.

My memory is a little rusty and I can't recall what I paid for other gec knifes with camel bone cover. Anyone remember if previous releases were so much more expensive then other covers?
I think the last one was the 39 and the highest price I recall seeing on that one was $190 but they seemed to be generally in the $170-180 range. My memory is a little rusty and I can't recall what I paid for other gec knifes with camel bone cover.
