GEC 25s - Gots 'em?

Were you by chance in a cricket/snake pit?! Couldn't here you with all that background noise :p that's bananas.

Nice knife

Got my first one in, more vids to come!

Great video Jeff, thank you for sharing! I surprisingly like that pioneer bone. I still prefer jigged bone (and am curious what jigged pioneer bone would look like) but I like the variations in the covers of yours.

These are growing on me for sure. I'll be looking forward to more sheepsfoot versions someday!

That's more or less just anywhere near a tree in NC when it was as humid of a day as yesterday. I honestly didn't even notice it until editing as I am so used to hearing it! Thanks for watching.

I polished the bolsters on my burlap micarta 25. I like it much better, the dark scales really set off the bolster.

Got my fist 25 in the mail today. I really like the satin bolsters, and UNXLD stamp on the bolster. The size and feel is fantastic, wish I would have picked up the red saw cut as well though. I'm a little disappointed that the burlap didn't look like that on the Northwoods... not complaining, its darker than I had expected but it was stated that would be the case before it arrived. However, the burlap color matched with the satin bolster IMHO plays very well together. Overall I'm quite happy with my first 25. Forgive the grainy initial photo, just wanted to join in the fun of posting the new knife.

Hard to tell from your photo but can you see any detail in the burlap?

MartyNC MartyNC Here is a full sunlight pic of the covers. This is truly the most detail visible, I consider it the only bummer about the little Burlap 25 but otherwise I really like the size and design. Just to reiterate though I really think the color combo and satin looks fantastic.

Got my Red Sawcut in today. Picked it up on my lunch break. This is my first #25 so I am going to spend the remainder of my day in the office playing around with it in between bits of code. I will be providing first impressions, pictures, and accompanying thoughts later this evening after work.
