GEC 68 Pony Jack 2021

Paid for mine last night. I am really hoping the pull and action will be on par with my 33. Fingers crossed. I’m looking forward more to the white owls anyways.

forced to make a decisions and opted for jigged bone instead of stag. Only time will tell…

This probably needs to go to the GEC inflation forum.
That's more about secondary prices. I'm curious about straight for a dealer. Just can't remember. I wanna say 85-90? I can't remember. Not important but just couldn't remember

2012 jigged bone was $86.75 and ebony was $99 but it was also stainless. I've only seen one drop for the new one, and that was at a slightly escalated price. Do you know what the MAP is?

It’s certainly not my preference, either, but I’ve never had #68 before, so I’m going to try one out.
They may vary a bit from knife to knife. Mine is a little weaker than I prefer, but not like the run of 66's were. I would have preferred a half stop though. Some say a knife this size doesn't need one, but the latest 15 is the same length and has one.
Just adds a little more security in my mind.

I just plucked my 68 from the mailbox..... To me the wood is very attractive with the annual growth rings well defined.......

I haven’t flushed it yet, but the pulls on both blades seem appropriate for this size knife.... Fit and finish is A+..... To me it is a perfect carry knife for for duties that don't require the ultimate working persons knife.... Color me very happy with the knife!
