Are they any other brands out there that make a similar pattern/knife to a 73? I enjoy the 73 pattern, haven't been able to get my hands on one.

Look on the secondary market for Remington Bullet Trappers.
There are still a lot of them for sale in new or almost new condition.

Thank you. But GECs are so nice that I don't wanna use them lol. Any budget "users" that you could recommend? I know, knives are made to be used, but if I can help it...

I wasn't talking about the GEC made Remingtons... I was talking about the Remington made Remingtons... the ones the GEC versions were modeled after.
