Harry
That may sound picky just wanted to see if any other had this issue and perhaps how they resolved it? Thanks!
 I'm quite certain that sentiment is universal. Thanks for the explanation Bob! That makes total sense. I'll take the pins as is over flat spots on the sawcut.
Just got the good news from Mike that a spring green barlow just turned up.. Since I was on the wait list, he asked if I wanted it. No kidding, he asked me that......well, what do you think I answered?
Woo Hoo!!!!

Had one person decline a first and one person decline an edc; so you just never know. It has taken over a month of waiting and working down the lists; but I am finally down to the last couple knives.
Nice looking knife, Tilley
These barlows are my first 77s as well as my first 77 barlows. They're a nice size to use. With a single blade they are thin but fit well in the hand and comfortably in a pocket. The very traditional saw cut covers and all steel construction are so right for this pattern. The canvas micarta is a neat modern touch. With clip blades and match strike pulls, this is going to be a popular run.
Thanks Jake, I agree completely. My single blade 77s tend to find themselves in my pocket more than my other gecs. I wasn't sure about the micarta at first but my wife gave it to me for our 10 year anniversary and I must say, it has certainly grown on me.
