I think I have to call it. These Marrow Bone Barlows have to be just about the most beautiful knives that Bill Howard has ever made! Good grief!

I know everyone has their preferences for the amount of soup they like in their bone, but this one is just right for me. Not too much and not too little. The pile side is almost identical.

Whenever you get frustrated by how difficult GEC knives are to get, just take a look at one of these. I believe we are in the golden age of GEC knives, and it will not last forever. I will put up with the difficulties in order to snag one like this every once in a while.

Charlie waynorth waynorth . Even though this is not a Waynorth SFO, your influence is all over this knife. You have helped Bill to up his game in many ways. Thanks!

Soup is good for you!!! :p
You are right, Greg; that is just the right amount!!

(P.S. In Case you were worried, Greg, I haven't forgotten - I've just been a bit busy!!)

These turned out really nice. Well done, Charlie and GEC!

waynorth waynorth see what you gone done! 😉😎

Just a shot of the two 86’s that I drove 12 hours to get. Man, I don’t think I’ll be able to do that again. For two these knives, I think it was worth it.

with so much want for the marrow, id say maybe? bird in the hand is worth two in the bush tho. but remember the three musketeers all got one. at this point ive received my sebenza that I bought instead when I missed 2 drops and a fair offer in the f/s, and have accepted its probably not happening.
