Just picked up a 71 for my first GEC. Was a bit pricey and thinking I should have gotten a new 72 lock back. Having buyers remorse. So many damn cool knives.

I’d say just toss it in your pocket. The Farm & Field models are great for that, no shiny bolsters to scratch up, durable handle materials, and relatively inexpensive (though I understand it might not feel like it if you had to pay a secondary markup). They’re great users. :thumbsup:

Yea I paid $150. So pretty pricey. Could have gotten a “prettier” one but I don’t see the point of keeping a knife locked up so plan on using it. Unfortunately if don’t buy it at that price somebody else will. No room for negotiating and drops and dealers are impossible. I’ll probably be one and done with GEC but it will go good with my buck and cases to be a solid USA lineup

I think you’re going to like the bullnose. In fact I think it will probably lead to a few more GEC purchases. The WTB sub forum is your friend and the want to trade forum can be great too, if you have other knives you want to part with.

Appreciate the words. Was having a bit of buyers remorse and maybe I jumped the gun at that price. May have to get rid of a case or 2 eve though I find those solid enough. It’s fun to carry a knife.

They are great knives. The last farm and field knife I bought retail was $115 so you are in the ballpark at 150
