If I'd known the quantities were so limited, I wouldn't have even bothered trying.I contacted DLT customer service, asked how many of each knife was made. The response - "we had 100 each". Very happy I was able to purchase the only one I wanted, an ironwood : )
I much preferred the quantity produced for the Remington Granddaddy Barlow run. There's nothing wrong with being able to buy a nice knife leisurely.
I guess low numbers appeal to some folks' desire for exclusivity, and it definitely appeals to folks trying to resell at a premium, but I care for that claptrap not at all.
