Didn't get my reserve with a vendor...I'm still gonna try and snag one on other vendors. But I'm pretty content with these two if I don't land one.Missed out? Not to late is it?

Anybody know how many they made in stag? wanting to know if I would have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than getting one.
Better try to get one before five people buy 25 each and then put them on ebay for 300$ each... Buy it Now..lol@125
Awesome thanks. Ill be birddoggin the dealers every chance I get.View attachment 877437
Do not be too hard on yourselfccsavage
If I remember correctly, even the dealers who accepted early reserves did not include the stag, or they put you directly on stand by. Just be vigilant starting today until they hit! You might get lucky, because so many people have bought multiple 43’s, and GEC has had so many Stag offerings lately...? Probably wishful thinking.
Good luck! I try to limit myself to one variant of each pattern so that more knives will be available for others. (That practice also keeps the numbers and expense down.) Sometimes I get two of the same variety and sell one of them. If that happens with the Stag, I will contact youccsavage !
sorry about that peregrin. learning the ropes here, but without the "buying process" there would be no knives to discuss.Discuss the knives please, not the purchasing process. Thanks.
The intent is to keep this sub-forum from becoming too commercial. It's a slippery slope as I'm sure you'll notice. We can discuss the knives without discussing how or where we bought them. No harm no foul.sorry about that peregrin. learning the ropes here, but without the "buying process" there would be no knives to discuss.
Exactly my thoughts when I bought them. I haven't used the Cocobolo to cut anything but wow, the micarta is a great slicer.I got the same two. Micarta for my daily rotation, and cocobolo for dress-up.
I understand completely.....and I scored a nice fat stag!!!!The intent is to keep this sub-forum from becoming too commercial. It's a slippery slope as I'm sure you'll notice. We can discuss the knives without discussing how or where we bought them. No harm no foul.
