GEC Radio Knife

I'll keep you in mind Armando, but I really, really like this one! Hopefully GEC does another run of these with the clip blade soon, they sold like hotcakes the first time around.

I'm hoping to see one with some nice sawcut bone and a long pull on the clip, although my wallet may disagree.

Larson1122, I hear ya on that. We have very similar tastes when it comes to the Radio Jacks. I'd love to see sawcut bone and long pulls.

Charlie's Diamond Radios are long gone, but you can still find the spear blade GEC Crown Lifters around.

Please respond to "where to buy" requests outside the discussion forum. The discussion forum is about the knives, not where to buy them.

I ended up with a couple of #15's with ebony scales and that is a good wood for these. Charlie's Blood Red bone is very good on his Radio Jack (like in jamies pic), and I kick myself for missing the walnut single clip Boy's Knife. But the ebony scales I have are favorites. Just sayin'.

(I'll adios the etch soon, but have left it for now to make the knife's identity clear.)

A nice new addition P, that blade combo is hard to resist

Still loving my Radio Jack :)

Thats a beauty, I am sure I must have missed some back story on that particular knife. I assume that was a custom swap out? I'd grab one of those quick if they were regular production.

Check out the GEC rendezvous thread to see more. It was one of the "special" knives made up for the event. Basically a parts bin knife. A very cool parts bin knife! :D

Love the "parts knife". My diamond radio is in my pocket every day. Yesterday, I used my knife several times while working in the yard, cut open some feed bags, tightened a loose screw on the screen door and opened a cold beer when I was done.

Oh my! Now I am really regretting not being able to get off work to go to GEC this year! Please, please, please let this knife go into a production run. This is just about my perefct knife now!

I'll be all over it too if it gets to production!
Unfortunately......I'm not sure it'll ever get to that stage unless a little birdy told you otherwise...

I did the exact same thing except in the reverse order :D
