Went to Cabellas today to pick up some 40sw and handle a few guns. They were out of ammo and had a 30 min wait at the gun counter. No thanks! Picked up a iwb blackhawk holster but left half pissed off. On a huge positive note: when I got home my cpl was waiting for me. Along with this filthy little animal:

I frickin love that store! It's great! It shows the true Illinois attitude: "Go ahead, try it out, you can't buy it if you won't be happy with it."

My brother was looking for a bike, he ended up taking the bike out for a 2 mile ride, and came back and the salesperson didn't bat an eye! I had fun playing with the crossbows while he did that.

Nice! I have been late on a couple of those lately, and ended up with the ZT0550.

You've got to hit Cabelas on an odd day, anymore, if you want help. They are putting more staff into their gun sections, but since they still have a stock, they are ridiculously busy.

I like it okay, but it disappointed me a little in the camping/hiking section. I feel they could do a lot better than that.

Yeah the Junglas is a beast for sure. Spent a couple minutes on the Sharpmaker. It's nasty now.
Ive always thought if I pick up a ZT it would be the 550.
How do you like it?

this is what comes of something like 25-30 years of collecting. humidity control storage for extras.

I'm actually not sure I will keep it. It's beautiful and well built, but I think it confirmed for me that I'd rather carry a bk14 or ESEE3 and a smaller slicier folder.

Well it is a big rock :D I use it a lot maybe not as much as the710 ;) I think I need to build a deck!
