not sure what I've just got myself into but, had an offer on a house accepted today.. Yeah I'm excited, only problem is I just decreased my shop space immensely, going from around 300sf to about 50sf... ...

I'll have to check convenance and restrictions and see if I can't erect a small building, otherwise I'll have a really small space for grinding and have to use part of the garage for heat treat, kydex and leather....

oh well I have my priorities straight anyway, knives come first before family.... J/K babe...

you should definitely check the restrictions on outbuildings -- one of those panelized 12x16 garden sheds would make a great space to work in.
