wow kevin, that is a really nice pic
damn iphones take better pics than my digital camera :/ :p

Thanks and I know what you mean. Pretty soon there will be zero need for the typical point and shoot.

Here's a little Ohta Wharncliff I picked up recently:

Oh, is this the blade you were gonna send me? I'll e-mail my address right away :D

In all seriousness though, that is one of the slickest single blade slippies I have ever seen. Bravo :applouse:

Wow, have I ever been away from my regular posting habits if I've gone this long without adding anything. I love all of the pics shown thus far- the best part of the giveaway threads is that we all win if they are like this. Thank you for the chance Duncan.

Here are my favorite shots I've taken (I won't call them photographs as I'm nowhere near a photographer, most were taken on my iPhone). Hope somebody enjoys!

A couple of John Lloyd knives

(I lost the wharncliffe outside after opening the package the same day I got it- my wife searched the field for it the next day and this was the first pic I took after I got it back- slight outdoors connection ;)

At a friends house in central British Columbia, a little of everything with the clipped folder, the necker I made for my wedding (traditional for the men in my family to carry a FB at their wedding so I made my own while recovering from broken legs), the Traditional SAK, the Dog and hiking staff. It was a great day with the family that I had to record in knife form.

A bit of a nessmuk hunting combo- Double bit axe, Case Damascus Stockman, Fiddleback Nessmuk, my necker again, and a lever action 30-30.

Another Pseudo Nessmuk trio, this time with a Queen Canoe, Nessmuk axe and Spyderco Wharncliffe Centofante4.

Finally, the pic that Blade magazine printed of me with my "prior to Bladeforums" outdoor blades- except for the cold steel blades pretty traditional fixed blades- a Bruseletto Puuko, a Grohman classic Canadian shaped knife by Frosts of all people, a Schrade Skinner, and my favorite axe of all time, my little baby hewing axe. This pic was taken during our last camping trip in our families lake lot just after my mom sold it.

Sorry I don't have many exclusively Traditional pictures- I get out so little these days that any chance I do gets split between a few different types of cutlery carry. But I find it traditional to try and find out what works best for the individual through trial and error so I'm still being traditional, right ;)

Thanks for all of the great photographs!

I love these contests- there's always so many great photos! I'm working right now, so I only have my edc/user knives with me. I was able to take a few pictures today while on the job.

Thank you, Kevin. That's a sweet Case Dogleg that you've got there. Keep the photos coming -- I'm enjoying this thread!

Great pictures so far.

Please do not consider this as an entry as I have one form that run already. I just want to play too.

My son and I use muzzle loading rifles to hunt elk with in Washington State. Among other reasons to carry a knife out there, you need one to remove your percussion cap when you do not fire.
I took this picture after i had scraped my cap before getting in the truck to head back to camp after a morning hunt.

Another from the series I shot with the tank.

Still just for fun, as all of my additions have been :)

Thank you guys for theese pics. Really nice looking knives out there... Thank you for showing this! :)

Kind regards
Andi

Took this one yesterday after several hours of work trying to tame my unruly yard. Not your typical boot knives, actually not boot knives at all, but I thought it would be a fun picture.
