Godspeed Tactical

Sheath came today. Emailing every two weeks seemed to help. Good luck to all of you who have not received your sheaths.
 
Perhaps Eli should change the name of his business from "Godspeed Tactical" to "Gods Tactical" as speed doesn't seem to fit certain aspects of his business.
 
I feel obligated to tell everyone that I DID finally get my sword back. Nice sheath for it too. There are a few nicks in the blade coating that weren't there when I sent it in. Not super happy about that. I have no doubt that if I hadn't called him multiple times, I would still not have my sword back. He REALLY needs to learn how to communicate with customers and stop giving BS excuses like "my computer was down". Who does he think he's fooling with that one? People are very forgiving of slow progress as long they get some kind of notification.
 
I tried to oder a sheath today and his site said, payment connection disabled. I hope he doesn't stop making these sheaths. Seeing as how his computer should have been up and running 4 months ago.
 
How the hell can I get to the point where I can bitch about my sheath not coming in the mail. If I can't even order the damn thing

There are plenty of other people who make kydex sheaths, you know. Several on this forum, even.
 
Yeah, I posted a thread in the want buy forum. haven't used this site much, posted it under "want to buy knives". Figured a sheath was knife related. I really like his scout sheath design though, that holds a xl nano striker. Haven't seen any other designs like his. It would be helpful if you could point me in the right direction. I haven't seen a thread/forum here that is specific to sheath making or selling.

Go with Dave Brown of Buy Brown. You will not be disappointed. I have 4 of his beautiful sheaths so far. Best customer service around and great kydex work.
 
whats going on with these situations fellas? i want an update as well because i have been saving up for a godspeed sheath
 
He takes forever, doesn't really make excuses but then again he does deliver. Seems like he just needs a better management system, as on my order he forgot an item and ended up having to mail it separately after the fact.

Nice guy, fantastic work, decent communication, loooong turnaround time.
 
Do not buy from this guy on ebay . I had an issue with a purchase from him and he was a complete jackass with terrible communication.

Really? After all these problems you want to go through the same thing? You know there are PLENTY of other kydex benders out there right? Some just as good and some are better. Not sure why some people think Godspeed makes the best sheaths out there. Probably because they haven't tried others. Do yourself a favor and check with Dave Brown of Buy Brown. He's one of the nicest guys out there. He's honest, does beautiful work, very reasonably prices, communicates with the customers, etc.... If you don't go with him, check out Al Welke, Mashed Cat, or Okuden. All of them make great sheaths. What would take Eli 6 months to make will be in your hands in 2 weeks or less from the guys I named.
 
He has been banned from this great community. Knowing this, anyone would be a fool to continue to do business with him. There are so many great kydex benders out there. No need to deal with dirt bags.
 
Azwelke kydex is awesome... if you like paying money and not getting good communication and waiting 20 times longer then godspeed might be the one for you. If you like good coms, fast service and an amazing sheath go azwelke.
