Goncz Titanium Knife / Flashlights

That would be the infamous Phantom thread in the Himalayan Imports forum. The original thread had to be locked after 1707 posts for fear the Bladeforums server (there was only one server at the time) would explode. That didn't kill the Phantom, of course -- you can't kill a Phantom! The Phantom returned in a number of other threads, which you can easily find with a search, and is currently in hibernation but it's returned to life before and no doubt will again....

And So.... The Phantom Of The "Khukura" Is Born...
 
I don't know for sure which thread holds the record, but I would guess the "Death Chat" thread on the Busse forum, though the "Hottie" thread in the Whine and Cheese forum is catching up, fast. This thread still has many postings to go, in order to catch up with either of those.

The way I have my BFC preferences set up, we are on page 20, and The Phatom thread for me goes to page 43. For the love of god, don't let this one go for 23 more pages :D

I have a Goncz M3 and really like it. I think Johns blunt comments are funny to read and rather enjoy them, even though they aren't winning him many friends. I hope his products will eventually speak for themselves. But this thread is just too much :D
 
I own a Surefire E2E, D2, and A2. As well as the standard Mag and mini Mags. Of course, all of my Surefires are 2 cell lights so it may not be a fair comparison, but the Goncz M3 outshines them all. The run time I have experienced from one set of batteries almost seems supernatural and I do really like the quick focus. I just wish he offered the Hard Anodized finish, but that’s about my only dislike. That’s not to say the finish on the M3 is below par, I just prefer the HA finish.

I have no meters to do exact measurements. I am far from a "flashlight knut" and am no expert, but I know what I like and I buy what I like. Some people have had bad experiences here and that’s fine. I wish there transactions with John are as pleasant as mine have been. I think John could probably have handled himself better here as far as insulting people and such, but I personally find it amusing. Just one of those things I guess :D

GONCZ FAMILY CREST

The Goncz family crest earned its reputation in wars against Tatars, Turk Muslims, Slavs and Romanians as well the Russians. It was also maintained its honor with blood!!!

The Crest represents "Blue Blood" and the name is by inheritance only. So we talking about "Nobility". The name is goes back to Biblical Time Goncz, Kiss, Ur, and others. In Hungary one of the oldest city Goncz, that was established by my family blood line. Here was the first Law Book was written.

Also Dr. Arpad Goncz is the former President of Hungary, that fought the Comunists with life ammo.

So leave the name alone as You looking for trouble by more than me!!!

Do you REALLY believe all the crap you post here? I mean for Gods sake, trouble from all the Goncz's of the world? Are you really that taken with your own ramblings or are you just lonely for attention?

But now, somthing completly different,

You have made several claims that a knife you made was featured in Total Recall and was " used to slice open the stomach of a bad guy ", well I have revied the movie on DVD (Directors Cut, so nothing was left out) and can find no scene with that act in the WHOLE movie. Just where was that scene? Also, I have gone to the public library, looked up the issue of the magazine you quoted and found no mention of the article, AND, I have email the publisher of the magazine and they have no idea what you are talking about.

So, once more for the record,

JUST WHERE IS THE INFORMATION ON THIS SO CALLED TI KNIFE?!!

Answer that, and we will talk about the two people who sued you after you sold them your gun company, and the people who are still waiting for magazines for their pistols.

As to the Gun Company, they tried to get something that was not belonged to them and I beat them in the Federal Court.

Anything else??? Is open record you can find it in the court documents, probably over 2,000 pages.

I know, the technology to produce the Titanium knife is worth lot of money and some bozzos would like to have it for nothing and here, they posting out of frustration.

If you do not like this thread, go and whistle in the Dixie land, nobody is inviting you to be present or to post You "worthless" ignored opinion!!!!!

TERORIST THREATS! TERRORIST THREATS!! LOL Couldn't help but pull a goncz with that one. You would have to have read earlier about how he tried to allege that he would report a comment about him to the FBI as "terrorist threats" to really get it.

More blah, blah, blah....

I'm sure that IF you are a real Goncz (and even THAT remains to be seen), the ancestors are VERY proud of how you are using the family crest to prostitute your products. :rolleyes:

It's too bad that although g.b. started this thread with the alleged introduction about his titanium knives, that instead all he has wanted to talk about is his flashlights and knives that are no longer in production. I for one would have been interested in a blade that he has alleged to have produced but alas....there are none as proof of his makers abilities.

Let me type REAL SLOW so even you might be able to understand. We viewed the movie, the only scene in the movie with a knife is the one with Sharon Stone and Arnie in the kitchen. She attacks him with a 7 inch chefs knife, not your titanium wonder knife. No other scene in the movie has a knife fight.

The public library has no record of the issue you SAY your knife was in. They have that periodical on microfilm for 20 years. They have no record of ANY issue with your name in it.

The magazine editors have NO RECORD of your knife in any issue, and they have NEVER heard of you, your knife or any record of you making a knife.

In short, you are full of crap.

As to Total Recall the knife is in the scene, where the dwarf girl is cutting the GUY IN THE BAR.
