You forced me to open a new thread about your robbery behaviour!

Could you explain me - IF IT WAS ONLY YOUR FAULT WITH TYPE OF SHIPMENT - why I should lost this money in this case?
A lot of guys on this forum wrote you that you are not right, because you didn't keep your side of agreements.
But you act as the usual burglar and punish ME for YOUR error!
Is it normal? After that - WHO IS SCAM ARTIST?
 
The fact that gosh closed the thread, leaving the False Acusation thread name intact speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to honest resolution of the problem.

What the hell are you guys talking about? I closed the thread so that this "he said she said crap" wont continue. Do we really need to go back and forth on this? FYI Paypal found suspicious activity on SaviC's account therefore is seeing this judgement in my favor. So what do you guys have to say now? Andrey, have you done something wrong? Paypal will not go into details. So if you guys feel that i once again wronged him then you should probably find out what saviC isn't telling us. Damn it, yes for the the last time, I did ship the package first class by mistake, so yes I do admit fault on that end. If this could've been resolved in a peaceful matter I would've simply dropped it regardless of the outcome. Now saviC starting up a new thread bashing me? WTH. It's simple, if you don't like the way this was handled, them let's not do business together. Until today i was under the assumption that the funds would be reversed prematurely. 3 weeks and he's filing a claim. How do you guys know that Andrey has not received the knife or is not going to receive it? What do you claim i'm running from? This thread really is taking up to much of my work time, and now seems repetitive.

No Cwl, I did not. My paypal account is linked directly to my bank account, If anything happens paypal can withdraw it direct or vise versa. If you use paypal you'll know that after you reach a $5000 paypal requires you to link your bank account. I have outstanding credit and would not dare jeopardize it over any amount.

What they have found on his account is irrelevant, you admit you screwed up but are willing to do nothing about it.

It's really simple, you ripped him off and owe him another 400$. Then he can feel free to not do business with you. Pay the man.
 
when savic told gosh to put down $100. insurance and say it was a camping tool, whats to say customs didnt open the package and find out it was a balisong which is far from a camping tool and keep it? i could see if it were a fixed blade to be called a camping tool but not a balisong. i tried to do a search to see if balisongs were illegal in the ukrane but i could not find out anything. for paypal to find in favor of gosh must mean that they found something fishy going on.

What you talking about? If Paypal only has suspected me of swindle actions - they simply would freeze my account, and would not return me any money at all - isn't it?
But I received partial refund, and for last part i receiving from them:
"After careful review, we have determined that the seller is at fault but
regret to inform you that we were unable to recover any funds from the
seller's account.

We'll make every effort to recover the funds from the seller although we
can't guarantee you will receive a refund. For more information please
review our Buyer Protection Policy in the User Agreement."
I don't see from that words, that they decide it to your favor. They said in that words that you are burglar.
I have made the appeal on this decision - and investigation about it still continue.
This suit on Paypal a very bad thing - and if you would be the normal person you'd have realised that an error is just yours and have refunded money independently - all people here speak to you about it. But you - just burglar guy, and want to come up from a situation lost-free at any cost! It is opposite for me to speak with so :thumbdn: person like you in general! :thumbdn::thumbdn::thumbdn:

Richard, I do not think you are following this completely. Paypal found for Savic - that si why they gave him $$$- it's just that there is not enough from Gosh's account to pay full amount. Additionally, he asked him to ship a certain way and for insurance of the whole value. Which Gosh failed to do on both counts - yet he did take Savic's money that he paid for that service. I can assume the so called $100 camping tool description (if true story) is for customs puposes - which I have often seen many, many makers and collectors call a knife a camping tool and it's seems to be a acceptable practice. In fact just last week I ordered a custom tomahawk from a maker in Canada and that is how they described it for customs. I find it amazing that gosh still refuses to man-up on this problem. It's not a he said she said thing. It's simply a the both said and if you take all the facts from both - gosh is the one at fault -that is the way that everyone here sees it> except gosh of course.

You are right. This unperceptible custom description - it's usual practice for a lot of collectors all over the world.

Hi Richard,
Just to confirm, Paypal found in favor of SaviC.........

Also please remember that Gosh AGREED to do all of this and to ship the knife with Express Mail International Insured, as paid for, and requested by SaviC.
If Gosh was not keen to ship a Balisong overseas, marked as a camping tool and valued at $100-00 he should have pulled out of the deal.
However he agreed to all SaviC's terms and then shipped the knife uninsured using an inferior service instead of Express Mail International.

Gosh now is trying to lay the blame for his incompetence with SaviC including opening a thread calling him a scam artist when that is not true. SaviC dealt with him in good faith and when the package did not show up he asked Paypal for a refund.

Gosh can bleat all he wants but the fault lies with him.

We have concluded our investigation into the following case:

Transaction Date: Nov 11, 2011
Transaction Amount: -$400.00 USD
Seller's Email: giarsun@gmail.com
Seller's Name: giar sun kung


After careful review, we have determined that the seller is at fault but
regret to inform you that we were unable to recover any funds from the

Paypal originally credited Savic for the $1000 dollars until today. I do not have any power over what paypal decides to do. This paypal case was opened by Savic not me. After the case was opened there was a negative balance of $1000+ dollars on my account. After acquiring whatever paypal came across for unusual activity they are not refunding Savic his money. It's not a partial decision. It's a complete settlement. Savic is wording things in his favor which is fine with me. The above pasted post by savic is is not relevant as of today as far as paypal's decision. The decision was not based on shipping method it was based on unusual activity. Which if Savic you disagree you can bitch at paypal.

Alpha I can provide you with my paypal statement if you like. I'd be glad to send you a email I received from paypal today, since it contains my personal information I'd rather not post it.

So Savic are you claiming they awarded you some money? Why would they do some and not all? I can prove otherwise no money was awarded to SaviC in this case.

So Savic has been refunded the complete amount he originally paid?

edit: Does Savic have the 1000$ (however much he paid you for the knife he never received after you screwed up in the way it shipped) in his hands (account) that he originally paid you?

Gosh, you don't get it..........None of this matters

You shipped the knife with the wrong service. The responsibility for this mess is yours. You should refund SaviC in full.

You opened a thread accusing SaviC of being a "Scam Artist" You tried to manipulate all of us against him when all the while you knew that you had messed up and shipped the knife with the wrong service.
Did you apologize for opening the thread and falsely accusing him? .........No

Did you change the title of your thread when it was clear he was not a scammer?.........No

Are you accepting the responsibility of your actions?...........No

I hope that SaviC still gets the knife and pays you in full. I have no desire to see either of you out of pocket. But this incident and your attitude has shown you up to be malicious, unreliable, manipulative and self serving.
 
Wow, Gosh - grow up and be responsible. Do I think you tried to scam him - no. But, you probably said to yourself - "Hey - I'll just pocket the extra $40-50 on shipping and send it my way" > not what was agreed to in the deal. There is no way it was an oversight, not mistake, etc > you just chose to do what you wanted and guess what - it back fired. Then (instead of showing some personal responsibilty) - you start a thread to defame another. I do not blame Savic - he had no choice but to file a claim with PP. You should appologize to Savic. Plain and simple. You are wrong - this is not even about an International shipment. You purposely chose to disregard what the buyer asked for and paid for. No way I would ever deal with you. You just keep digging your own hole deeper.

Whatever PayPal decides doesn't matter. You have already admitted bottom line, that you didn't follow the agreed-upon shipment terms for which you were paid to do.

You need to personally refund the money back.
