Thanks! Most of those cool handles got glued to blades that cracked, and have been thrown away.


Edited to add: Another funny tidbit about those handles is that more than one of the orders I was trying to fill with them turned them down based on the layers...

Uh...

I was thinking you make a handle, and soften the snake skin, fit it to the handle, and apply resin to encase it.

But laminating wood is different, I'm basically thinking of a "fly in amber" type display.

Maybe not.

Well I guess if you were wanting something frontier looking I could understand just plain slabs - but I thought it was a really cool idea, and looks really nice also.
