Great Eastern Cutlery 2024 lucky pattern 13

I'm going to pretend that I didn't read this. I was happy to score one that lasted 10 minutes on the retailer's site.
You should be happy, any GEC score is a great score. If a vendor is more $ they will stick around longer, so you probably got a good price!

Indeed, I'm very happy with the price I paid. I really did end up taking a walk in the woods to clear my head. Scoring a GEC on the drop is incredibly rare for me, and I usually just skip the lolly-scramble.

I'm impressed with my first two 13s! Classy knives. Super snappy actions and perfect fit and finish by GEC standards. I love the slender wharncliffe. I didn't win the cocobolo lottery, but it's still a nice knife. My stag and hummingbird acrylic are on the way soon. Hopefully I do better in the stag lottery.

Crappy indoor pic fresh out of the tube, but I'm going to get nice pics of the full set when they arrive.

How are people not jumping all over these?!

2-blade 13s in cocobolo have been available for three days now. When’s the last time a GEC has sat that long (besides Hunters?)

Ah ok, interesting. Never seen one that was all green on both sides.
There was at least one like that on production pics of the Whip, and another one on pics of Clerk, which is unusual. Maybe those two are the only ones, maybe not...
