Great Eastern Cutlery ( GEC ) group shots / photo requests

I want to buy either a #81 or a #53 and the closest knife that I have to the size is a Missouri Trader...

I'd like to request a picture of a #81 Abilene Stockman and a #53 Cattle Rancher with a #42 Missouri…

If a #42, is not available, I have #15's, #66, #72, and #85 that I can also use to compare the Abilene/Cattle Rancher.

Thanks.

Not exactly what you requested but should help. Far right is a #53 Cuban stockman, second from the left is an #85 jack,
with a 4" (same length as the #81, but narrower) Queen stockman in between.

The #5383 Cuban stockman carries well because the blades sit so low in the frame. The #5313 Cattle Rancher stockman has the wider regular clip main,
more like the one on the #85 jack.

GEC, I was there at the very beginning and still have a few from the first year of production, 2006.
4 of the original Trappers that started it all. At first there only 2 versions you could buy, Great Eastern or Northfield UN-X-LD
The 2 GECs are Sheffiled Tobacco and Rogers Green Tea, the 2 Northfileds are Herringbone and Primitive Bone.

SINGIN....The primitive bone one is superb....Little green monster perched on Fes,s shoulder.....just beautiful......FES

Thank ya FES! I searched long and hard to get the most green I could find in one at the time.:D

Gunna have to agree with Fes on that one.
Singin-that is one classy selection of GEC. Each one unusual and special in its own way.
This is what I look for from GEC.
Also 2deads 48s are beautiful. thanks for showing.

I can't take credit for those #48s Meako, those are Joeys' :)

Nice ones from the beginnings of GEC Singin!! I only have 1 of those from 2006, the Sheffield Tobacco #73.

I have read the stats but this picture shows what the measurments dont. The viper is huge and I for one love it. When putting it next to the cuban I cant help but want this big wharnie in that cigar frame. If anyone at GEC is reading I think a wharncliffe stockman or T.K. cuban with wharnie and spey blades would be instant classics. I wish I had the money to do an sfo and find out.
