Great prices on Bucks web Specials page

Peter SMKW is free over $100. It was free for any amount awhile back but now there is a $100 min for free shipping. I have never ordered less than $100 so......

Humm, kind of repeating the info..... Right now I see about 2 knives I want, that are less than $50 total, with shipping it can add up. I did order $215 on the Buck site, but sometimes, you want less from a site.

I am also thinking of the 532 on the Buck site, but I think I will wait till after the Blade Show, which is this Friday.
 
O.K, I officially fell off the wagon...

I haven't bought any knives since my recent downsizing, but as much as I like the 112's I couldn't pass this up..
SO, I just ordered the Ram and Elk 112's . I convinced myself it was o.k because these won't be duplicates :D

The detail section shows that both are NS, these should look really sweet.. Does anyone know what sheaths these come with ?
I got my fingers crossed it will be distressed leather :D
Even if its the standard sheaths, its still a great buy for 2 112's with premium scales :thumbup:

I seem to recall that they are black sheaths.
I'll go see if the box and sheath are handy and if so I'll check 'em for you.
Of course those sheaths will most likely never get to see any action. :)
 
Yes guys, you are right about the 500 Buffalo's being 425. The one I had bought at the twenty is 425. I should have said I was talking about the 112. The 500 I had bought at the 20 is a 1987 year date. I would have responded sooner, but my wife took me away for the weekend for my birthday. best present I could have hoped for. Buying Buck knives.HL
 
It looks like Elk is a more expensive option than ram's horn for a custom 110. Wondering why ram's horn is more expensive on the 112?

That is interesting. I thought about ram's horn, but for $30 less for the Elk and I thought that the ram's horn looked too much like bone. If the prices were reverse, I would of gone the other way.

Also, I am finding that I am beginning to like the 112 over the 110. I have so many 110's and when I find an intersting 112, I actually find that more appealing. :cool:

Thanks Gordon. Its no problem if they are black, I just really like the distressed leather sheaths. Either way I'm really looking forward to getting them :D
I choose USPS Priority, so hopefully they will be here by the end of the week.

I know I'm in the minority, but I prefer the 112 as well...
Even with big hands, it just seems to fit like a glove .

I Ordered one each of the 110 and Sirus. UPS just dropped them off....
The Sirus is in the pocket, replacing the Buck/Strider 882. The 110 is gonna get the scales knocked off and replaced with... I dunno yet...

They look good. I am still 3 days away from receiving my first order. I ordered those 2 among others.
 
I was just on the web specials page and it looks like several have sold out including the 110's and 112's. Good for Buck!!:)

Those are great pictures, really super knives. I am glad to see Buck is selling these things, too. Less tempation for us.

I notice the 118 is also gone, but they still have few nice ones left, including the 532.:rolleyes:

I just checked and the 110, both 112's and the 118 are back up. The 301 with mammoth tooth is now gone. My guess is they are getting low and they took them off and then checked their stock. I am now torn, should I get some more?

Thanks for the heads up. I had been kicking :( myself for not getting one of the Rams Horn 112's so I went back and ordered one.:thumbup:
 
The elk horn 112's are back up,I just bought one.I was wondering if anyone had recieved theirs yet,does it have brass or silver bolsters,the rams horn model says silver the elk horn model doesn't mention it in the description.pictures would be great if possible.
