Insurance would not matter. Once they scan it as delivered, they consider their insurance done. Been there done that.
I am sorry to hear that the box was broken into and the knife was stolen.
Please send me your order number and a secure address and I will ship a new knife. I believe we are out of that knife, but have more inbound from RAT Cutlery and will ship ASAP.
We have never had trouble with a knife being pilfered from the US postal service, nor have we had problems with our packaging.
As to whether or not we have the best prices around...we don't. We have good prices, everything in stock, and good service. We take care of our customers.
