That is great info Ellie. I've wondered who did what where, and that helps alot. Very helpful pic too - I've seen that one before, but I didn't know at what point they were completely in house and you guys did the rest. Thank you!
 
Woohoo, I ordered on 4-23 so that's good news. Now I keep looking at my email...it's like waiting for the phone to ring lol.

Like others have said I think Survive is the best bang for the buck going, at least as far as the high end stuff is concerned. While the waiting and delays in production can be frustrating the feedback from Ellie for us on here is second to none. So you have to give them credit for that, and not lowering the quality standards to try and make up time. I like the small changes Guy has made to the lineup too...it's what got me to order another one.
 
Are my eyes playing tricks on me or do all the handles on those 4.7's in the Instagram clip look micro textured?
 
I dont think they look different than the typical micarta scales.

Does the micro texturing happen only on the G10 or also on the micarta?
 
I thought they looked like the normal scales. I was thinking they were only offered in brown though, looks like two different colors to me???

I believe he was going to be doing it on all scales, G10 and micarta. Did Guy decide to start doing it consistently or was it still in trial? I was able to snag a 2.7 the other day in blue/black G10 and I was hoping they'd be textured...
 
I think those April order dates were the ones that needed to go to cerakote, and I believe they just came back in. Hopefully they'll pop for shipping notices soon...
 
Today starts the final week of July and there is no "Monday Sales" today so hopefully that will allow the Survive team to focus on getting a bunch of the Cru Forge V knives finished and sent out......
 
I received this on Saturday. I've been too busy lately but, here are a few quick pics. It's a beautiful specimen indeed. Thanks to Ellie and Guy for such great products.

Thanks for the pic. I chose natural canvas myself and glad if did after seeing this.
 
It's been 3 months to the day since I placed my order. Anybody else receive a shipping notice today?
