GSO-4.7 Cru Forge V

I hope so but with the 2.7's going out too I don't know. I'll post up something when I get a shipping notice. Hope ours go out before the 4.1's are also in the mix getting finished up. Sure to be a nice knife when we do get them.
 
I have said previously that this particular order has bothered me more than the three preorders I have in that when ordered the eta was the end of May. It is now the end of August when I might expect it. I went into the preorders with my eyes wide open with respect to not expecting the knife any time close to the time frame that was estimated, but I expected this one to ship at least by the end of June. I know that there were problems with getting the coating accomplished, but now I would think that they would do everything possible to get this knife out the door before moving into the 2.7s. Just my opinion, and sharing it does not make the knife ship any sooner.

I share this because I cannot explain why I am so tolerant with the preorders, but this one angers me. I need this subforum to be my anger management group therapy.

Just ordered the 4.7 Cru V tonight, said in-stock soon (#9892). Love to get it while I remember ordering it, but isn't that the fun a package you don't remember.
 
Wow you can order the 4.7 Cru Forge !!! Just added to cart , but I do not have the funds now to do it , I will just play with my 20cv 4.7 . Good to know thanks ndmiller !!
 
This is insanity!!!!! What is going on here??? How is this possible?! Why?!! How did we not know about this sooner? What does it all mean?????
 
I was wondering if anyone would even notice. As we've been getting these packed up, I noticed a few orders had been cancelled. We figured we might as well list those, since the orders were already put together anyway. There aren't enough in stock to warrant an email so I just listed them quietly.
 
I just figured it was a website error and I would get an email saying the same, but tried anyway. Didn't meant to start a ruckus......:roll eyes:

I don't know if it is a new thing or if I just haven't been to that part of the website in awhile, but I was surprised to see the cruforge 4.7's on the limited edition page. Makes sense, I just hadn't realized that classification for these before.

actually, I've NEVER been to that part of the website! It's like a secret listing! Don't wait, folks, they're amazing AND you won't have to wait so long like for a pre-order!! :)

That explains it. I spent half an hour last night looking for other "Easter Eggs" on the Survive website but I didn't find any.
I thought maybe I would find a spare 4.1 or 4.7 listed, but no such luck. :)
 
Ordered 4/22… forget the no. now, but put in in here earlier. Anyway, crickets still.

I'm starting to wonder if they are holding my CruV until my 3V is completed. Would kinda be irritating, since I ordered the CruV to hold me over until the 3V made it out, thinking like the earlier poster that the CruV was closer to delivery and would be out near the end of May. Or June. Or July… maybe the end of August… or September?

Unless your 3V is right next in line to be assembled i don't think they're holding it. I just got my 4.7 Cru on Monday, and I have a 2.7 from a previous Monday sale coming and they didn't hold those.

My order is right behind yours and I haven't heard anything yet either. I think they might be putting out more knives than what it seems like on here. We might be the most hardcore knife guys but we're probably a small percentage of their customers. I agree the timeline is a little frustrating though. I knew the end of May was too good to be true. The waiting part isn't fun but I still like their knives better than just about anything on the market.
