Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good afternoon, Guardians!
Bought my wife a car for Mother's Day. How 'bout you? ;)

Really? You bought her a car? I'm glad my wife is not a Mother then - though I do loan her my knives from time to time. :D

Well, it wasn't really her Mother's Day gift, I guess. About midnight last night our son called to say the vehicle stalled in the middle of the road. Bad alternator. Put it in a parking lot overnight because it wouldn't hold a charge. Got it fixed today, but also bought a vehicle for my wife. Our son has been borrowing our vehicles. But my wife did say this could be her Mother's Day present!

Good stuff Vince :cool: I think you were kicking tires on a new one for her for a while now, an SUV if I remember correctly?

Thanks for the kind words, Jack. That stag and damascus of yours is just beautiful! As is the country around that castle. Thanks for taking us.:) Hope you enjoyed your refreshments.

Congratulations Michael, beautiful guardians 19!!!:)

Thank you so much for your kindness fellas! I'm about 50 pages behind and trying to catch up! I'm reminded of the old adage: "How do you eat a whale?" One bite at a time.

Keeping that in mind I have many in-between posts to read but I hope by now your back is no longer troubling you, Jack Black Jack Black ! And to my fellow guardians, wonderful images as always and I look forward to both them and reading of your happenings.

If y'all will indulge me just one more...
I've been wanting to recreate this picture since the day I got this knife. Today is that special day.
Very sweet John.

Spectacular

Hey folks, evening here, hope everyone is having a good day :) I ended up having a fairly long walk. Stayed fine for most of the day, but with a cold wind :) Here's my StagDamLamb at Sandal Castle near the West Yorkshire town of Wakefield
Thanks Jack. Fantastic pics of your lamb and the castle ruins!

I managed to make it to another weekend.... A toast to the working stiffs!
Cheers Kevin!

Prester John Prester John - Good going Vince. That oughta be good for a knife or two. :)
