Thanks! You would laugh to see the winter gear folks put on to battle 60 degree temperatures. Especially the young female college students. Some of the petite ones have no natural insulation like some of us.

Well, well, well. Look what the postman delivered today. As many of you already know this is one of Charlie's many fine efforts and the manufacturer did a great job on F&F. Not to mention that the jigging really appeals to me. The scales are almost a perfect match

Had to take a quick trip to town to the Dr.'s Office for a quick check up which was mandatory before getting my flu shot. Guess What!!!! I got a sucker when they gave me my shot. The Nurse said the next time they might let me sit at the tiny table in one of the tiny chairs in the waiting room and play with the Bead Puzzle. Yahoo!!!!

I had four shots the day before yesterday. Flu, just because; pneumonia, because the diabetes makes me old enough; and hepatitis A and B. The hep shoulder is still aching into my neck and shoulder-blade, but it makes sense these days to get all the immunities you can. One of those heps you can catch from a salad. And my favorite bar and grill is not my favorite because of the kitchen.

As I was getting ready for bed that night (having taken my specs off), I caught my reflection in the mirror, and seeing a darker round spot on my arm, my first thought was that I had a slight reaction to the shot - then I realised it was the small round Band-Aid!

Morning Guardians, I don't often get a chance to check in on Saturday morning, as I usually go out early for a hike. I am going to an antiques fair today though, and there's no point leaving too early to get there. Have a great weekend folks
