My wife went out to a friends brother-in-law’s house and picked a gallon of blueberries. Some of the bushes were about six feet high she said. Blueberries seem to grow well in this acidic soil we have around here. Looks like I will be eating lots of fruit for the next few days.

After that, I had some Lambsfoot knives made up with some rather special Buffalo Horn covers. Again. I think these were just gifted, and I don't think there were more than half a dozen of them. Dennis posted a pic of one of them the other day, featured in Knife Magazine

Got my Knife Magazine today. Good to see the lambsfoot there.

Here is "The Bad Back GAW Ebony"!

Here is a special horn big'un that I got from you. I don't remember if you had it made up special or if you just picked it out at the factory! It was stunning, but warped up so bad I had Glenn turn it into Ironwood!

In 2018 I elected for Ebony! Two of them! Here they are flanking the Bad Back Ebony.

2019 saw the culmination of a longstanding project, in the form of the 'All-Iron' Hartshead Barlows. 21 were eventually made, with Rosewood covers, and 77 in Sambar stag, plus two more in Sambar, with file-work. They came in a hinged metal tin, with a small certificate, a Yorkshire Rose pin, and a slip handmade from vintage Yorkshire tweed.

I'm 63. They'll probably last me.
Only 56 years till I crow over the ruins of my old church. Then a few more years to make it a little less obvious that the secret of my longevity is unpleasantness.

In 2018, the demand for that year's Guardian's knives was much greater, and I had to have 2 runs done. They came in ebony with a fluted bolster, and special buffalo horn with a threaded bolster. The initial order was for 30 knives in ebony, and 20 knives in horn, but I ended up having to order extra ebony, 20 I think, but let me know if you can remember, I do have the figures in my order book Once again, Dylan produced a special Guardians pocket slip

I'll always regret missing out on that ebony 2018.... I love the book!

Fantastic show of all the SFO knives Jack and Rongreat to see them all again

Here's a few pics from yesterday's trip to the dog park. Flat land all around. Those big rocks make a nice back ground for knife pictures.

We like to do our part maintaining the park by watering the grass
