Thank you kindly Bill :) It sounds like we have similar weather again. It's raining heavily here, and windy too. The sky is so dark, I put the lights on at 2.00pm o_O

LOL! :D I remember buying a wee globe like that for my eldest when she was a youngster :)

Hope everyone's day is going OK. I'll be hobbling down to the market for a few hours tomorrow, so I'm hoping that the weather here is better than it has been today

Still very grey and drizzling outside I'm afraid. Had to put our lights on too. Sorry your back is still aching. Some really enjoyable posts to read from you today and nice photos too.
Your HHB is definitely a Classic.

Good Morning Guardians and all. Confined to the house today...cold, rainy and jus general malaise. Need to get out and get going. Got this with me today.

Some fine photos you've posted Dan:thumbsup:. Are they taken with a camera or cell phone. Either way they always come out so clear and crisp. Oh, and the HHB is nice too.:D

Gracias Bill :)
I take the pics with my trusty Iphone  which along with my lambsfoot is never too far out of reach :)
Toting my HHB today :) ( pics taken last summer at the Rideau Canal in Ontario )

Sorry to hear about the weather there Bill, it hasn't been too bad here today, at least there was no rain, which makes a change  Thank you very much for the kind words :) Nice pic my friend

Less than an inch of snow, on the ropes and breathing its last!

Cool pics Jer  :)

I hope everyone is having a good day :) I enjoyed going to the market, but was in pain throughout with my back unfortunately. As a result, I came home a little earlier than usual, but since I got back, I haven't had time to turn round, what with various visitors, phonecalls, deliveries, etc! I'm glad I've had my Hartshead Barlow to help out ;) Think I'll be having an early night tonight! ;) :D

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone has had a reasonable week, in these difficult times, and that you have something to look forward to at the weekend. I thought I'd slip an Old Friend in my pocket today :) Have a good Friday Guardians

What a co-inkydink, as old Tom Parry used to say.
I have a few things to do before I settle in to tickle the ebonoids.

A very fine Lambsfoot knife Jack and a fine photo of it too:thumbsup:. Yes, looking forward to the weekend, thank you for the kind words:).

Good morning Guardians and all. Today is shaping up mighty fine:thumbsup:. Had to replace a cartridge in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom sink this morning as well. Had my HHB out to open the sealed plastic containers. :D Easy-peezy:thumbsup: Oh, those pesky leaking drips drive me nuts.

The Rideau Canal saved our summer this year. With all the restrictions everywhere it was a lot fun to navigate it and get the kids active and outdoors

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the season:thumbsup: Just dropping in to share a T. Ellin & Co rebuild by @glennbad
It wasn't usable when I received it, had a cracked bolster and a large amount of blade play. I didn't care for the original covers either. Glenn replaced both bolsters and recovered with horn. It now has a great action much like I imagine it did when it left the factory:thumbsup:
