Hope everyone has had a good Easter/Passover, I've missed y'all ;) I just got back from my trip, think I'm going to stay at home for my birthday next year! :rolleyes: The rain has barely stopped since Thursday here, and there was all sorts of bad luck - the restaurant I booked went bust last week, the antiques centre I wanted to visit closed down, the gig I was attending in York was cancelled, and some of the food I ate made me ill, then when I got back home, I went to put a couple of pies in the oven, and the oven door fell off!! :eek: That's just some of it! :rolleyes: I was certainly glad to have a Lambsfoot or two to keep me company ;)

Thanks Ron, I'm hoping it's over now :) I couldn't believe it when the oven door fell off!! o_O Easily fixed hopefully, I noticed one of the screws was loose the day I went away, but last week was crazy busy, and I didn't have time to fix it. Don't know if someone has been eating my pies while I've been away! :eek: :D :thumbsup:

It’s typical AW quality and is quite nice for the 2nds price charged! :) It takes a little to get used to the handle shape. I much prefer the “Pruner” handle, but they say variety is the spice of life! :eek: :D

What's going on?! o_O I was bought a box-set of The Americans as a birthday present. Thought I'd sit down and watch a couple of episodes, but the discs don't work! :confused: :(
 
Morning Guardians :) Easter is a 4-day public holiday here, so I'm just starting my week! Having a 4-day week always feels a bit strange, and being self-employed, I have just as much to do as in a five day week! :rolleyes: ;) Carrying my Guardians Lambsfoot :thumbsup:

Speaking of jinxes, I
I guess I would wear my underwear backwards, burn some sage, and carry at least one (small) convex mirror.
I've had better days myself. Maybe I'll take my own advice. Though in general I like to see my advice tested by others first.
 
By the way, Jack, thanks for the Oneida ads in the Catalogue thread (couldn't comment there).
Shouldn't really comment here.

Is it a region issue why the doscs dont work?
There is a cheat code to get round that.
You go online and get it from your tv or players website .
Or try them in your pc ...it will most likely be able to play them.

Hope things get better Jer, I'll see what I can find to burn! ;) I fixed the oven door with my Leatherman, but the Guardians Lambsfoot looked darn good while I did it! :D :thumbsup:

Thanks for the tip pal, much appreciated, I'll definitely store that bit of info for future use :thumbsup: In this case though, the series is from the big river site, so it'll be going back for exchange ;) :thumbsup:

I wonder?! I remember having all last year's Guardians knives in my house, and being almost overpowered by the smell of the horn! :D

(Their latest theory on my 6-month old cough is that it might be caused by my throat being irritated by silent acid reflux. I have some new medication in addition to my regular reflux medication. Took my prescription to the pharmacy today, and it was 4 pages long! :eek:)

Here's hoping you get it sorted out Jack, I have a visit with the dentist tomorrow, I'm afraid it's going to be a painful experience, think I'll tote the horn Big'un for luck...
