Now I am on a quest to try the recipe for the famous British style fried fish.
I tried it when we visited Prince Edward Island a couple years ago, there were fish and chips stands all over the island. Their fried fish looks exactly the same as the pictures I see in the British recipes.

1 Cup of self raising flour.
1/2 Teaspoon of salt.
1 Cup COLD soda water.
Mix dry ingredients, add COLD soda water and mix to make batter. Place in fridge for half an hour covered, mix again, then dip fish fillets in the batter and fry.![]()
