The nice thing about doing the virtual portion of the day, is i can have a hot lunch at home.I’ve got one more class until lunch, and now my stomach is growling
Before I started school, my dad would sometimes come home for his lunch. I can still remember the smell of his overallsThe nice thing about doing the virtual portion of the day, is i can have a hot lunch at home.![]()
That makes a pretty poor hammer... A rock would have been a better choice.Very few things more painful than hearing hammering after someone asks if you have a knife

Very few things more painful than hearing hammering after someone asks if you have a knife.
But I'm not to annoyed about it, theres a reason I didn't bring something nice with me. It's very much in the army fashion to not have the right tools for the job. Although I do wish I had had my swiss army knife instead...
I'll just be grateful there wasn't any prying involved.![]()
some dents and dings I can swallow, a broke blade...
That makes a pretty poor hammer... A rock would have been a better choice.
It was used to try and unjam a metal button on a piece of "military grade equipment" which explains all the gashes as it hit the metal edging. The button was to recessed to reach with anything else, so I get his logic....however... I sure flinched when I saw his plan in action.![]()

You have taken it a lot better than i would have, if i ding it, it's my fault. Just proves one thing though, not aimed at you, but at the imbicile who borrowed your knife, people today have no idea about the concept of tools and their uses. Specific tolls for specific jobs, and a knife is not a chisel, or whatever else the imbicile thought it was.
Happy Birthday, Joshua.
Thanks, John!Happy Birthday, Joshua.![]()
Oh Jon, sorry that happened to your Lambsfoot![]()
