Quite probably Barrett!I wonder if the Reliant Robin would have ever been featured in that magazine? I remember from a Top Gear segment (one of my favorites, where Jeremy repeatedly tips over a Robin while driving around Sheffield) that they could be driven with just a motorcycle license (and registered/taxed at the lower motorcycle rate) because of their weight and the three wheels.
