That is certainly true Leon, I was thinking, briefly, just yesterday, about that last super-hyped sharpening system I bought, entirely out of curiosity. It cost me £50 or £60, and I haven't sharpened a single knife with it! 🤔 I don't think Duncan is as daft as me though! 😁👍

How's it going Guardians? Hope you're all having a good day :) Freezing down on the market today, low 30's, with a bitterly cold wind, some sun, but it doesn't get underneath the tin sheds which form the market stalls. Brrr! 🥶 Calories equals heat right?! ;)
