I've had a lot of their knives, with no backspring problems, but they were all purchased under the previous ownership. I hope you haven't had an issueWell, I can safely say that I'm hooked on Sheffield knives. I have acquired a bunch of knives from various Sheffield manufacturers since my last post. Help.
Also, has anyone else experienced a backspring break on any A. Wright Lambfoots?
I would love to find a flask like that - what a deal! Looks real nice next to Bagpipe Ebony my friend.Quite a contrast to yesterday here, the low winter sun is so bright, I can't read in my living room, without being blinded by it!![]()
Thanks buddy![]()
Looks great John![]()

I thought I got a bargain on the market yesterday, with this NIB Dalvey Hip Flask, for £3Part of the reason for the low price on the £55 flask was probably the fact it had a couple of initials engraved on the central shield, but it only took me 10 minutes to sand them off with emery paper, and then re-polish with Flitz
Since the centre of the flask had a circle of protective tape over it, I didn't even have to mask it, just cut round the centre of the tape with my Lambsfoot. The manufacturer originally made bagpipes, so I thought I'd photograph it with my Bagpipe Ebony Big 'Un

Thanks for the kind words. As is often the case, David, your post sent me off to Google to find more info.![]()
This time, I was wondering who would name a nice relaxing beer after a unit of work in physics. The Joule's brewing website was quite fascinating with regards to their history!
That rock formation is incredible, and I enjoyed all of your photos of that hike!![]()

Look at that knarly gentleman!Looks like there's a possibility that we might actually have a dry day tomorrow! With all the rain we've had, it's going to be muddy, but I'm hoping to get out for a short hike. Also, I am on the look out for the makings of another walking cane, and I want to get some slingshot practice in
I don't know what you have planned Guardians, but I hope you all have a great weekend

Like Jack, I'm looking at a hike tomorrow because it's actually stopped raining....
It was even pleasant enough to sit out before and drink some ale.

Steak is a luxury here now mate, especially for us retired on a fixed income.Steak...it's not just for dinner anymore
Pre social media, the phone and word of mouth seemed to work pretty well if my memory serves me correct.Unfortunately a lot of events are only ever advertised on Facebook these days
I haven't, and i can't remember anyone here ever having an issue. Jack has also stated he has never had this problem, and he has forgotten more than we will ever know about these Lambsfoot knives. Was there something that you can think of that may have caused the break???Also, has anyone else experienced a backspring break on any A. Wright Lambfoots?
