Jack you found the Sharp’s!Thanks a lot BillThat's a cool pic my friend
Good luck with the weather this week
I had to go into town, so I thought I would call in at a large 'International Supermarket', to see if I could pick up a bottle of Marie Sharp's Habanero Pepper Sauce. They had shelf after shelf of hot sauce, but nothing from Belize. I purchased a bottle of Cholula, which looked familiar. In town, I called in at a specialist shop, and they had Marie Sharp's there. The proprietor was telling me about what a lovely lady Ms Sharp isIn conversation, I asked if they had Secret Aardvark, which @btb01 introduced me to. He was very surprised I had heard of it, and told me that he found it very hard to get hold of, but that it was his favourite, of all the products he stocked. I bought a bottle, and the chap reckoned that the last bottle on the shelf was the last Secret Aardvark in Europe! It's been so hard for him to get hold of, he'd actually sourced an alternative range from Texas, Yellowbird. I had a taste, and ended up buying a bottle. A bit of an expensive hot-sauce buying trip - £30 ($40) - but I'm well stocked up for when I start drinking beer again!

I store mine room temp, Jack.I love a challenge Pete!![]()
Edit - Any advice in terms of storage? With some sauces, I find they turn very 'thin' after being in the refrigerator.

No, the only time I've tried it, it's kind of ruined them. I do store chutney in fridge thoughI never keep any sauces in the fridge.
I'm not actually sure that's a real thing!
Nice JeremyThanks to the influences (and generosity) ofJohnDF and
bigfish64 I've added a new lambsfoot to my stable. Got this stag version in over the weekend and am glad to have it.
As Rosie was my gateway knife into this pattern, I plan to make her the gateway lamb for another Porch member that has not experienced the pattern yet.
