Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks for all those WIP photos Jack! It really makes one appreciate the finished product that much more! Hope your off to a great start on your week my friend! :) I’ve been to Sumatra and Costa Rica this morning with a stop over in Sheffield! ;) Hope all you Guardians have a great week! :D

Nice to hear you're getting around Ron! :D Wright's offered to take some WIP photos this year, but that didn't happen, so the only ones I have are the ones I snapped myself I'm afraid. I think they're useful so folks can see what genuinely handmade knives look like as they're being made. For anyone who hasn't already seen them, there are pics from the Wright factory here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/visiting-arthur-wright-son-pics.1481181/

Thank you again Jack, for all your effort and knowledge on the build of the ebony lambsfoot.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

You're welcome my friend, it was certainly a lot easier in 2017

Love this pic, Jack. I see Mr. Stubb peaking out from behind that burger -- he's our go-to here in Tucson as well

But don't they have toothpicks in that establishment??? ;)

LOL! :D Thanks a lot my friend, my first bottle, if it's good enough for the good people of Tucson, it's more than good enough for me :)

It's that time of year for grilled/barbecued burgers!

Definitely Charlie, if I'd known what a good summer we'd be having here I'd have made more plans ;)

I have to admit the only place around here that serves big portions, is a chain called Boston Pizza they have pasta night every Tuesday. We always end up taking half of the spaghetti dinner home, which is a plus for the next day.:p

Sounds good to me :)

I'm off to Saltaire tomorrow, where I took this photo last week

I just did a Google street view, went up and down the streets. Wow, what an interesting place to explore. Sure wish the Canadian $$
wasn't so weak, I would really love to come for a visit.:thumbsup:

Cool  Well, the way Sterling is going, travelling here is definitely going to get less expensive! :D

That's looking really good Kevin :) I haven't used mine on much food yet (apart from some cake), I think I'm going to have to get started on a patina. It's a real shame we can't get the 'Real Lamb Foot' mark done as a stamp on the Guardians editions. I have raised the issue with Wright's a couple of times, but while we could get an electro-etch done easily enough, a deep stamp is unlikely I'm afraid :( Enjoy your Sunday my friend
Thanks, my friend. A stamped Real Lamb Foot blade would be awesome but I am more than happy with the 18 just the way it is.
Nice job Kevin, nice job...Order of the Patina Patina :p
Patina patina!

Nice, very very nice.

All you Guardians have a good evening.

Thanks, Kevin  The story on the Wolf is he's part of the Bow Valley pack here, this was taken Dec of 2017 I purchased the pic from a local wildlife photographer, he has some amazing photos.
Everything from Grizzlies, Cougars, Lynx Elk, Moose, Wolves and so on. The Alpha Wolf a gray was killed on the highway this past spring. I'm wondering if this black beauty has taken over as the leader of the pack.
